Shipping policy

DUSKWATER ships within the United States only.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $5.00 flat rate
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75

Processing time (every piece is made to order)

• Tees, long sleeves, sweatshirts, hoodies and shorts: 2–5 business days
• Personalized jerseys (custom name and/or number): 5–7 business days
• Custom hockey jerseys: made to order, delivered in 10–15 business days total (production + shipping)

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Address issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; extra shipping charges may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, email wear.duskwater@gmail.com and we'll resolve it with the carrier.
